Memorial Hermann Baptist Beaumont Hospital Earns Recognition For Helping Children

BEAUMONT - (October 2, 2007) - Memorial Hermann Baptist Beaumont Hospital has been selected as this year's Mimi Powell Huey Partnership Circle Award winner. Each year, this award is given to a company that has made a difference for abused and neglected children in Texas by joining Greater Texas Community Partners to help children statewide. Participation in the Purchasing Partnerships Program allows supplies to be purchased at prices far below cost. These purchases assist in helping local sites such as the Rainbow Room to stretch their dollars so that they can serve more children in our community.
